Please park the vehicle in an accessible position if it is safe to do so, and tell us about slopes, gates, narrow access or other restrictions. Send the vehicle make and model and tyre size. We check whether the correct tyre can be supplied and whether the working area is suitable.
Before you arrange a visit
Do not move a car with a flat or dangerously damaged tyre just to improve access. Describe the situation first so we can discuss a safe option.
